I honestly don't know, your one of the first that didn't defend this guy and I really want to report him, but I use the app on my phone, and I can't exactly pin point any DA rules that he is breaking, but he is a confessed pedophile with proof and something needs to be done.
I reported him because to me he breaks some rules. He comments gross stuff sometimes on pictures of girls... It may not lead anywhere but at least I tried. I think you should try to report him too... :/
